Setup page #

The SMARTsubscription Setup page controls the general setup with which subscriptions are created.

Number Series #

Select the Number Series you want to use for SMARTsubscription

Document Type #

Select the document type to be used for creating subscriptions. You can choose between Sales Invoice or Sales Order.

Category #

Each subscription can be assigned to a category. The category is used to group the subscriptions to create a better overview and can also be used as a demarcation in connection with invoicing.

Tip

If you do not wish to use categories, the field can be left blank.

Billing interval #

Specifies the frequency at which a subscription should be billed. The interval is used to calculate the subscription billing schedule and the next billing date.

You specify the interval as follows:

14D Every 14. day
1W Every week
1M Every moth
1Q Every quarter
1Y Every Year
